kathak are offered for both adults and kids on a semester basis. Group lessons last one hour. See the Lessons page for additional details. PLEASE NOTE: to support the students’ development, parents are asked not to join any of the lessons (unless they are a student as well). Parents may join after each lesson has ended to ask questions or share information.
If you are not sure if you or your child would like to take the classes or would be of suitable age to begin the classes, a 30 minute “try out” can be arranged for a fee of $50, paid in advance by cash or check. If you decide to enroll in classes, the $50 is applied towards the course fees.

Payments by check payable to SIPM. A $75 establishment fee (for room rental, recital costs, etc) will be due upon payment of Lesson fees.
